We are looking for an IT Change Manager to join our team for a multinational leader in the financial sector .Key Responsibilities:Envíe su CV y cualquier información adicional requerida después de haber leído esta descripción, haciendo clic en el botón de solicitud.Analyze Change requests ensuring compliance with Change Management standards and proceduresAssess risk, impact, and validate Change classifications and implementation plansCoordinate resolution of Change-related issues such as scheduling conflicts and compliance gapsCoordinate Major IT Production Operations, including Freeze calendar management and communication flow.Facilitate communication between IT teams regarding incidents, support, and schedulingChair weekly Change Control Board (CAB) meetings and global coordination calls (CCB), supporting and advising senior IT managementMaintain and improve Change Management procedures and documentationManage and communicate the Change schedule at local and global levelsEnsure proper communication and follow-up on failed changes and software releasesSkills:Strong experience in IT Change Management within large-scale environments.Knowledge of Change / Release Management processes and best practicesUnderstanding of Configuration Management and its role in IT processesITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledgeSolid understanding of risk, impact and quality processes.Ability to coordinate with distributed teams and senior stakeholders.Experience managing Major Changes and operational governance.Experience working with ServiceNowEnglish level B2 or higher.Job Conditions & Benefits:Permanent contract.Work Mode: Hybrid / flexible (4 days onsite in Madrid/month)Competitive salary.Remote work assistance.Professional Development: Access to an annual budget dedicated to advancing your skills through professional certifications.Join our expert team, where creativity, commitment and the ability to bring new perspectives are essential to make a difference in a world full of opportunities. xcskxlj Hay opciones de teletrabajo/trabajo desde casa disponibles para este puesto.
