Experteer Overview
As Channel Sales Manager you drive revenue through Sea-Bird’s strategic distributor partners across Europe, the Middle East and Canada. You will build growth partnerships, align channel strategy, and enable execution without direct authority. The role combines hands-on selling with technical product knowledge to support distributors and customers. You’ll work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve the channel experience, with travel up to 50%. This position sits in a global, growth-oriented culture focused on ocean science impact.

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of strategic Sea-Bird channel partners across EMEA and Canada
• Influence partner behavior to achieve revenue growth targets
• Identify new growth opportunities within the assigned geography
• Manage channel opportunity funnels and assist in closing strategic opportunities
• Provide product and applications training and support to channel partners and customers
• Act as the voice of the distributor with Sea-Bird and coordinate cross-functional resolution of issues
• Maintain proactive, clear communication with channels and internal stakeholders
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s in science and/or engineering preferred
• 5-10 years of experience in a technical B2B sales environment with exposure to channel or distributor-led models
• Experience managing complex relationships across geographies and cultures
• Proven track record of professional selling and opportunity development
• Product and applications acumen with oceanographic background preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territory
