Experteer Overview In this role, you drive revenue through Sea-Bird’s strategic distributor network in Europe, the Middle East, and Canada. You will work remotely, travel up to 50%, and partner with channel leadership to align strategies and close opportunities. You’ll train and support partners, resolve issues cross-functionally, and shape growth in key markets. This is a hands-on, externally facing position at a company focused on advancing ocean science and climate research.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Own and manage a defined portfolio of strategic Sea-Bird channel partners across EMEA and Canada
- Influence the behavior of key channel partners to achieve revenue growth targets
- Identify new growth opportunities within the assigned geography
- Manage channel opportunity funnels and support closing strategic opportunities
- Provide product and applications training and support to channel partners and customers
- Act as the voice of the distributor with Sea-Bird and work cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve the customer and channel partner experience
- Maintain clear, proactive and professional communication with channels and internal stakeholdersResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's in science and/or engineering preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in a technical B2B sales environment with meaningful exposure to channel or distributor-led models
- Experience managing complex relationships across geographies and cultures
- Proven track record of professional selling and opportunity development skills
- Product and applications acumen with oceanographic background preferred
- Ability to travel up to 50% within the assigned territoryRequisitos principales
