Experteer Overview In this role you drive wholesale channel growth for Truck & Bus Radial tyres, shaping distribution strategy and alliances with wholesalers and distributors. You work closely with cross-functional teams to align pricing, promotions, and credit management with business objectives. You will monitor market trends, implement training for partners, and promote sustainable tyre solutions. Your impact is measured by channel coverage, profitability, and partner satisfaction across a dynamic market.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Achieve business objectives and drive growth and profitability in the wholesale channel
- Plan and execute annual product-segment agreements including campaigns and stock management
- Develop pricing tactics in line with internal policies and trading conditions
- Create and present short- and long-term action plans to implement strategy
- Manage credit across product segments and maintain financial discipline
- Be the Bridgestone point of contact for key customers to strengthen partnerships
- Maintain regular communication with wholesalers for sales monitoring and feedback

- Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies to market changes
- Promote sustainable solutions like retreaded tyres and eco-friendly products
- Leverage advanced technologies to optimize logistics and inventory management
- Collect market and customer data and monitor product news and automotive trends
- Analyze pricing, trade marketing, and competitors’ business models
- Operate within compliance guidelines for information collection and sharing
- Coordinate with marketing to align campaigns with distribution activities
- Work with sales to ensure competitive bidding and meet customer needsResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or Engineering
- Excellent English
- 3–5 years in a similar role (tire sector experience is a plus)
- Strong customer-focus and results orientation
- Autonomy, problem-solving, coordination skills, and stakeholder management
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
