Experteer Overview In this role you lead chassis dyno test campaigns and validate powertrain performance for Horse Technologies. You’ll coordinate global resources, oversee outsourcing, and ensure test quality and schedule adherence. You’ll represent the Testing department in stakeholder meetings and drive improvements in testing processes. - Lead execution of chassis dyno test campaigns and coordinate global resources
- Assess feasibility of validation plans for assigned projects
- Manage outsourcing of tests not performed in Horse facilities
- Evaluate and propose upgrades for testing resources to meet project needs
- Ensure validation plans are executed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Represent the Testing department in meetings with stakeholders and clients
- Validate emission tests and ensure measurement quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processesResponsabilidades
- Proven track record in chassis dyno testing and product validation
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; Master's in engineeringpreferred
- Excellent skills in powertrain testing and project coordination
- Strong decision-making and team leadership with a collaborative approach
- Knowledge of the automotive sector and Horse Powertrain ambition
