Key Responsibilities: Financial Strategy & Leadership: Define and implement global financial strategies aligned with growth goals. Serve as a key advisor to the Co-CEOs and Executive Board. Promote a data- and results-oriented mindset to pursue growth while maintaining financial stability. Planning, Control & Reporting: Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Deliver clear financial reports to stakeholders. Oversee accounting, tax compliance, cash flow, and regulatory reporting. Business Partnering & Scalability: Collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and growth teams to guide strategic decisions. Evaluate new business opportunities. Optimize costs and automate processes. Financial Operations & Controls: Oversee settlement and reconciliation processes with insurance carriers. Manage monthly financial reconciliation and settlements. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with standards and laws. Develop risk management frameworks. Uphold integrity, ethics, and transparency. Requirements: 5+ years in senior finance roles, preferably in scaleups, insurtechs, or digital-first companies. Proven experience in corporate finance, accounting, analysis, and strategic planning. Experience in high-growth environments. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Analytical, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a global outlook. Ability to lead through uncertainty and build high-performing teams. Schedule & Location: Full-time, flexible hours (7.5 hours/day). 100% remote, based in Barcelona (candidates must be Spanish residents with legal work authorization).
