We’re seeking a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing strategy, drive growth, and establish our brand as a market leader. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for a creative and entrepreneurial marketing leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. ➢Key Responsibilities: Market Entry & Brand Positioning Lead the launch of new sweepstakes brands in the US market. Define and execute brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Differentiate the brand through creative storytelling and strategic partnerships. ➢Growth & Acquisition Build and scale customer acquisition campaigns across digital media, affiliates, influencers, and social channels. Identify high-performing growth channels specific to the US market. Drive partnerships with creators, publishers, and complementary brands. ➢Customer Engagement & Retention Develop loyalty and engagement programs to maximize repeat participation. Foster community around sweepstakes excitement and rewards. Leverage CRM, lifecycle marketing, and personalization for long-term retention. ➢Leadership & Collaboration Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Partner with product and operations to align campaigns with the user experience. Contribute as a senior leader to overall company strategy and execution. ➢Data & Insights Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs (CAC, LTV, retention, engagement). Use data-driven insights to refine campaigns and improve ROI. Create scalable, repeatable growth frameworks. Requirements: Proven track record in senior marketing leadership, ideally in sweepstakes, social casino, or iGaming. Experience launching and scaling brands, preferably in North America. Expertise in digital performance marketing, influencer/affiliate strategy, and brand building. Demonstrated success in building and leading marketing teams. Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach suited to early-stage start-ups. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy.
