Position OverviewAt Taylor Hopkinson, we are currently searching for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) on behalf of an international renewable energy company specialized in solar photovoltaic projects.The company operates across multiple European markets and is experiencing a strong phase of international growth and organizational expansion.The COO will oversee the company’s general operations, ensuring efficient execution, organizational alignment and overall business performance across all area s.The role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on operational approach within a fast-growing international environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations across all business areas and geographies.Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.Drive operational efficiency, scalability and continuous improvement initiatives.Monitor business performance, KPIs, budgets and reporting processes.Support executive leadership in strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.Strengthen internal processes, governance and organizational structures.Manage key stakeholder relationships including investors, lenders and partners.Lead and develop international management teams.RequirementsSenior leadership experience within the renewable energy sector.Strong background managing international operations and multidisciplinary teams.Hands-on, execution-oriented and solution-driven profile.Strong organizational, leadership and communication skills.Fluent English required.Availability for frequent international travel.
