MYyachtcrew is actively seeking a Chief Stewardess + full interior team for a 44m Dutch-built M/Y (private use only).
The yacht is owned by lovely owners who use the vessel privately with their family. Over the winter the yacht has undergone a full paint job and several upgrades, and she will be in top‑top condition for the upcoming season—although there is still plenty to finalize!
The interior team will consist of three stewardesses, all of whom are yet to be hired, starting with the Chief Stewardess.
Start date: ASAP
Position: Permanent
Itinerary: Late Mediterranean season before crossing to the Caribbean.
Requirements
Valid STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2 (additional yacht‑related courses are a bonus)
B1/B2 visa – mandatory
Several years of experience as Chief Stewardess on yachts
Knowledgeable, friendly and a natural leader
Strong management and organizational skills
A real people person who leads by example
Passionate about the role, including the administrative side of interior management
Capable, energetic, fit and vibrant personality
Looking for a long‑term commitment
Excellent references (all will be checked)
