2 Open China Ecommerce is a consulting firm specialized in helping European brands enter, grow and operate in the Chinese digital ecosystem through e-commerce, marketplaces and digital strategy.We are looking for a Chinese intern based in Madrid to join us in a generalist support role, working closely with the team. The position is primarily remote, with the possibility of meeting in person from time to time. This role offers direct exposure to real international business projects and decision-making.TareasProvide generalist support to the team across multiple areas (business, e-commerce, operations and coordination)Assist in market research, competitive analysis and China-related desk researchPrepare presentations and internal documents (PowerPoint, basic reports)Support communication and coordination between Europe- and China-based teamsAssist with translations and bilingual support (Chinese–English; Spanish is a plus)Support ongoing projects with operational, organizational and ad-hoc tasks as neededThis is a flexible and transversal role, designed to give broad exposure to different areas of the business.RequisitosChinese nationalityCurrently based in Madrid (mandatory)Student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Economics, International Relations or related fieldsNative Chinese and strong English skills (written and spoken)Spanish is a plus but not requiredWell organized, proactive and detail-orientedComfortable working both remotely and occasionally in personAbility to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong interest in China–Europe business, e-commerce and digital platformsBeneficiosHybrid role (mostly remote, occasional in-person meetings in Madrid)Direct collaboration with the teamReal exposure to international business and China-related projectsDynamic, small-team environment with low bureaucracyLearning-oriented role with growing responsibilityPaid internship / allowance (to be defined based on profile and availability)If you are interested in this position, please submit your CV along with a short motivation note.
