With operations across multiple international markets, the company is committed to accelerating the transition to sustainable energy through innovation, high-quality products, and customer-focused solutions. /p pThe organization offers a dynamic international work environment, strong career development opportunities, and a culture that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. /p h3The Role /h3 pReporting to the Head of Technical Team for CI Storage PV Turnkey Solutions, the successful candidate will join a team of experienced product specialists responsible for supporting internal stakeholders and delivering technical and commercial expertise to customers across the EMEA region. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConduct feasibility studies and develop business cases for new products, product enhancements, customizations, and services. /li liCollaborate with headquarters and key stakeholders to support product development initiatives using standardized methodologies. /li liAnalyze market intelligence and technical research data to provide strategic recommendations for product positioning and growth. /li liSupport revenue and margin targets through close collaboration with sales teams, promoting both existing and new product offerings. /li liBuild customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and support commercial growth activities. /li liDeliver technical and product training sessions for customers and internal sales teams. /li liContribute to the EMEA product roadmap and lifecycle management strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and customer requirements. /li liManage product-related documentation, certifications, and ERP system updates. /li liSupport supplier and component procurement activities. /li liDrive process standardization, policy development, budget planning, and compliance with internal and external regulations. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Business Engineering, or a related discipline. /li liPrevious experience within the solar PV, renewable energy, or energy storage sector is advantageous. /li liStrong technical understanding of PV systems and renewable energy technologies. /li liExcellent organizational, planning, and project management skills. /li liFluent Spanish and English language skills are required; additional European languages are considered a plus. /li liWillingness to travel across the EMEA region. /li liProfessional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. /li /ul h3Desired Competencies /h3 ul liStrong teamwork, communication, and intercultural collaboration skills. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and pragmatic approach. /li liResults-oriented with a hands‑on attitude and strong sense of ownership. /li liExcellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities. /li liAbility to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in an international environment. /li liSelf‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced industry. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
