The role We are looking for a City Lead to take ownership of our Barcelona operations, joining an international and distributed team responsible for managing and growing our campuses across Europe. In this role, your mission will be to own and drive the business performance of the Barcelona campus , ensuring sustainable growth and operational excellence . As a hands‑on leader, you will combine day‑to‑day execution with clear business direction , strengthening our presence as a key player within the Barcelona innovation ecosystem. Responsibilities Own the full Barcelona campus P&L, with direct accountability for revenue growth, cost control, and profitability Lead and develop the local Barcelona team, setting clear priorities, driving accountability, and building a performance‑oriented culture Drive the team towards achieving KPIs, continuously monitoring performance and taking corrective action when needed Grow coworking and event revenues by increasing occupancy, optimizing pricing logic, and improving commercial effectiveness Guide the team in the execution of local marketing initiatives in coordination with central teams, increasing visibility and lead generation Run the campus as a high‑performing operation, ensuring financial discipline while maintaining a strong member and client experience Act as the single point of ownership for the Barcelona campus, ensuring alignment with central functions while protecting local execution speed Strengthen Talent Garden’s positioning in the Barcelona innovation ecosystem, building strategic partnerships and unlocking new commercial opportunities About you Ideally, you are a hands‑on business leader who is comfortable being fully accountable for performance, people, and operational execution. On top of this, you: Have 4-6 years of experience in business management, startups, hospitality, coworking, or similar performance‑driven environments Have managed a P&L or had budget responsibility, leveraging financial and commercial data to drive performance and profitability Have experience leading and developing small teams, taking ownership of high-impact decisions and driving accountability while maintaining high standards of execution Are an effective communicator, able to engage internal teams and external stakeholders through clear messaging, compelling materials, and strong business storytelling Are well‑connected in the Barcelona innovation and tech ecosystem (that would be great!), or motivated to build strong relationships to unlock new opportunities Are fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan is a plus Are based in Barcelona and available for full‑time on‑site presence at our campus in Carrer de Ramon Turró 169 You will love this role if You enjoy taking responsibility for tangible results and seeing the impact of your decisions on performance and growth.
