We are currently looking for a Civil Lead for our offices located in Spain.Requirements- Minimum 15 years of experience in civil engineering projects within the industrial, energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.- Experience in design, calculation, and review of reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, foundations, platforms, and external works.- Participation in all phases of EPC/EPCM projects, from basic engineering to detailed engineering and construction.- Experience interacting with multidisciplinary teams to ensure proper design coordination.- Advanced use of tools such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, ETABS, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, among others.- Knowledge of international standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, ASCE) and local regulations.Location- 100% on-site in Spain.Analytical skillsQuality control and regulatory complianceProcurement and construction managementTechnical expertise- Lead the civil engineering team in the planning, design, and supervision of concrete and steel structures, foundations, platforms, drainage systems, roads, and industrial buildings.- Establish civil design criteria based on international standards (ACI, AISC, Eurocodes, etc.) and contractual requirements.- Review and approve civil drawings, calculation reports, technical specifications, and material take-offs.- Provide technical support for the contracting and supervision of civil subcontractors.- Review supplier technical documentation, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with on-site standards.Why join DAPIN?- You will be part of a global community of professionals passionate about engineering, innovation, and large-scale change.
