Our high level of professionalism and commitment drives continuous research to improve efficiency and sustainability, always in strict compliance with the law and aligned with the highest ethical standards.We are looking for a Claim Manager whose main responsibilities would be:Collaborate with internal teams to Identify potential claims across the TR business units, including definition of potential and actual claims strategies according to business needs.Coordination with internal stakeholders (contract management, project controls, delay analysis, legal, commercial) to oversee the preparation, submission, follow-up and negotiation of claims for delay and quantum.Assist on negotiation and settlement with ClientsManage all claiming process, ensuring quality and timely submission of claims.Required profile and experienceProfessional qualification (quantity surveying or engineer).10+ years in contracts and claims management with proven experience managing large-scale international projects and claims in the oil and gas / energy industry.Considerable experience in leading and preparation of forensic claims for both delay and quantum, with strong bias on EOT claims.Considerable knowledge and experience of EPC contracts.Well-versed in delay analysis and quantum evaluation techniques according to best industry practice.General working knowledge of key legal principles across civil and common law jurisdictions.International experience a must.Site experience ideal.Experience in dispute resolution including arbitration experience desirableProven leadership experience and ability to communicate clearly to interact with internal and external stakeholders and clients.Must be fluent in English (written and speaking).Considered:Legal formationKnowledge on English law as applicable to international contractsWhat we offerTwo days of remote work per week, flexible working hours, and intensive summer schedule.Shuttle service.Health and well-being programs (physical and emotional).Health insurance under preferential conditions and access to Wellhub.Study grants, continuous training, and professional development.Workplace adaptation for individuals with a Disability Certificate ≥ 33%.(Benefits may vary depending on position, location, and professional category.)Diversity and equalityAt Técnicas Reunidas, we have a strong commitment to equal opportunities for women and men, as well as to diversity.
