This is a combined role — you will be responsible for both the cleaning of our apartments and the quality control inspection before every guest arrival.Responsibilities:CleaningDeep cleaning of apartments after every guest checkout as part of a teamReplacing and fitting fresh bed linens and towelsRestocking guest supplies (toiletries, coffee, tea, water, etc.)Cleaning all appliances, surfaces, cabinets and bathrooms to a luxury standardFollowing our detailed room-by-room cleaning checklistQuality ControlConducting a full inspection of every apartment before guest arrivalVerifying cleanliness, linen quality, appliance functionality and guest suppliesPhotographing and documenting any damage or missing itemsCoordinating with the technical team on any maintenance issuesEnsuring all apartments meet Luxe Vantages luxury hospitality standardsSubmitting an inspection report after every visitCheck the condition and functionality of furniture and purchase replacements when neededAssist with guest check-ins when neededWere looking for someone who:Is attentive to details and takes pride in their workIs reliable, punctual and communicates proactivelyHas experience in hospitality or short-term rental cleaningCan work flexible hours including weekdays and some weekendsActs quickly and independently when issues ariseConditions:
