The individual will oversee the client admissions process, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience. Responsibilities include responding to client inquiries, managing admission procedures, tracking client progress, and implementing strategies for excellent client engagement and retention. The role requires collaboration with team members to consistently deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with clients and team membersExperience in client service management, customer support, or similar rolesAbility to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in administrative tasks, including managing admissions processes and tracking progressOrganizational and problem-solving skills to efficiently manage client experiencesFamiliarity with education or language learning services is a plusFluency in Spanish and English is requiredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
