What You'll Do
Key Responsibilities as a BCBA
Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans as a BCBA
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA)
Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP)
Supervise and train Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) under BCBA guidance
Monitor progress and adjust programs based on data
Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
What We’re Looking For
BCBA Qualifications
Active BCBA certification required
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Experience with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and ABA therapy
Strong leadership and communication skills expected of a BCBA
