About the Role:
We are seeking some certified AWS cloud engineers with proven experience in the migration of applications and databases from on-premise to AWS cloud.
The candidates will be key team members enabling, supporting, and guiding the existing team to prepare, run, and migrate a set of applications and databases from the on-premise data center to the AWS cloud.
This candidate will also move later to be part of the product teams being a cross-profile and collaborating in multiple initiatives on different domains.
Your Impactful Contributions:
AWS technical capabilities:  Deep knowledge of the architecture of AWS public and hybrid cloud  Experienced in handling migrations from data center to the cloud in a phased approach which includes Discovery, assessment, migration, warranty, and operations support  Experienced in performance and cost optimization of cloud environments  Experience in database migration tools for SQL, Oracle, and other databases  Good knowledge of Iaa S, Paa S, and Saa S cloud offerings.  Working knowledge of AWS Dev Ops  Experience in migrating applications from Iaa S to Paa S and Saa S  Experience in designing cost-effective Compute, storage, and network solutions in AWS.  Experienced in the implementation of DR solutions in cloud environments  Experienced in managing compliance factors – tagging, configuration standards, vulnerability remediation, hardening, AMI creation, patching  Experienced in defining VPC for enterprises with Direct Connect and VPN  Working knowledge of AWS Dev Ops and core AWS architecture as: o EC2 o IAM o RDS o S3 o VPC o Monitoring o Backup design  Act as cloud advisor from Coforge to clients
Act as an SME with hands-on experience in migration
AWS Solution Architect Professional
Prior Experience: 2-4 years of IT Infrastructure experience – covering all parts of AWS migration components in a typical organization
Proven track record in on-premise to AWS cloud migration project
Thought leadership:
• Act as cloud advisor from Coforge to clients
• Act as an SME with hands-on experience in migration
