These hotels are marketed under four brands that allow us to provide our guests with a clear differentiating value in terms of both quality and service:* ### Royal Hideaway Luxury Hotels & Resorts* ### Barceló Hotels & Resorts* ### Occidental Hotels & Resorts* ### Allegro Hotels• Analizar de forma periódica los resultados obtenidos a través de las diferentes herramientas.• Revisar ventas por canal, por mercado, por Hotel y/o por tipo de tarifas, y en consecuencia proponer acciones correctivas y buenas prácticas a implementar, siempre aplicando sinergias en la zona.• Proponer y sugerir mejoras para una correcta distribución.• Asegurar una correcta distribución comercial: coordinación de las campañas con el equipo de eCommerce, relación con los MM de las cuentas de eDistribution y puesta a la venta de cada Hotel en canales de venta online especializados en la región o en el tipo de negocio.• Velar por la correcta aplicación de las políticas de ventas establecidas en Barceló Hotel Group.• Asegurar la correcta actualización de tarifas, disponibilidad, contenidos, etc. y el uso de las herramientas de gestión: SiteMinder, Trust, Priceseeker, etc. Asimismo, se responsabilizará de los planes de formación de todas las personas de la regional que utilicen estas herramientas.• Formación en Turismo, Hotelería o Administración de empresas• Experiencia previa de 1 año en un puesto similar.• Ser organizado/a, meticuloso/a y analítico/a.• Tener capacidad para proponer y tomar decisiones.• Aptitud para trabajar bajo presión y con objetivos de venta.• Perfil orientado al Revenue Management.• Conocimiento de la gestión y optimización de RRSS, especialmente de los portales de opinión.• Polivalencia funcional y capacidad de adaptarse a los cambios internos y externos.• Dominio de español e inglés.# **Your benefits:**\*You will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative, and responsible work environment, surrounded by the best colleagues.\* We understand that a committed and experienced team is essential for growth.
