Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the multi-channel commercial roadmap (B2B/B2C).
Manage and scale a high-performing sales organization, fostering a performance-driven culture.
Full responsibility for revenue, margins, and commercial execution.
Coordinate with international HQ and local teams to align Go-to-Market initiatives.
Requirements
+10 years in senior commercial leadership roles within industrial or highly competitive B2B environments.
Proven success managing large teams and complex distribution networks.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational capabilities.
