We coordinate end-to-end deployments and operate them with our own real-time EMS – software that controls when energy is stored, used, and dispatched automatically, cutting electricity bills by up to 40%.

The Role
This is SUNO's first dedicated commercial hire. You'll work directly alongside the founders to build and own the outbound engine from the ground up – refining messaging, running multi-channel sequences, qualifying opportunities, and shaping how we sell.
You’ll reach operations and facilities leaders at industrial sites, food processors, hospitals, and hotels to start conversations about cutting their electricity bills with battery storage. You’ll also engage with EPCs, installers, and energy consultants who are looking for a better way to propose and deploy storage projects.
As the team grows, so does your role. The expectation is that you evolve from owning the commercial motion to leading it – hiring, structuring the team, and eventually stepping into a broader revenue function.
Build target account lists and identify the right contacts within each – operations, facilities, finance, sustainability
Run multi-channel outbound sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn) at high volume, in Spanish and English
Qualify leads against contracted power, tariff structure, and decision-maker access
Work alongside the founders on deal progression, messaging iteration, and channel strategy
Keep CRM clean: stages, notes, next steps, reason-coded outcomes
Contribute to how we sell – what's working, what to test, what to cut
Take full ownership: the commercial numbers are yours
High agency: you don't need a manager nudging you to make calls
Coachable, resilient, metrics-driven
Comfortable speaking with operational and technical stakeholders across seniority levels
Highly organized: sequencing, follow-ups, objection handling, CRM hygiene
Think beyond the task: you see pipeline patterns, product feedback, and channel opportunities – and you bring them to the table
Either 2‑5 years of outbound or new business commercial experience, or a strong commercial profile (energy, industrial sales, SaaS, consulting) with demonstrable outbound aptitude
Native Spanish, fluent English (both required for daily work)
Comfortable with CRM, sales tooling, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Clear, concise written and verbal communication in both languages
Strong plus: experience at a SaaS or energy company; existing network in Spanish industrial or energy sectors; if you already know the sector, great – if not, we'll build it together
Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid (2‑3 days in office)
