International remit spanning London, Madrid and Amsterdam - with a pipeline of further European projects. Bespoke, complex developments where quality, commercial rigour and innovation are fundamental. Long-term progression , with the expectation this role will develop into a leader of other Commercial Managers as the portfolio expands. Supportive, expert team - including some of the most experienced technical and development specialists in the market. Key Responsibilities Provide professional in-house commercial management for major projects. Lead tender preparation, procurement, contract drafting and negotiation. Manage budgets, cashflows, valuations, cost reports and financial statements. Ensure contract compliance and manage change orders, variations and risks. Support capital programme budgeting and business case development. Conduct project assessments, forecasts and maintain accurate financial control. Work collaboratively across all project stakeholders, ensuring quality, compliance and commercial best practice. Assist with pre-acquisition due diligence and early development planning. Ensure newly constructed facilities meet budget, customer expectations and company standards. What We’re Looking For 5+ years in a commercial or cost management role. Strong commercial acumen and financial management skills (budgets, contracts, forecasting, procurement). Excellent written and verbal communication - able to produce clear, articulate reports and engage confidently with senior decision-makers. Emotionally intelligent - adaptable and able to “roll up your sleeves”. A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a growing, agile environment. Solid understanding of development risk profiles and early-stage “at risk” project work.
