We are currently looking for a Commissioning Administrator to join a large-scale industrial project in South Spain (coastal location).This is a 12-month assignment with an urgent start, offering the opportunity to play a key role in supporting the commissioning team and ensuring smooth, well-documented handover of all mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems.The RoleAs Commissioning Administrator , you will work closely with the Commissioning Lead and deputies, coordinating documentation, schedules, and reporting to ensure that commissioning activities run efficiently and in line with project standards.You will liaise with site teams, contractors, and engineering departments to maintain accurate records, track progress, and highlight issues early.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Commissioning Lead in planning and coordinating commissioning activitiesMaintain and organize commissioning documentation, test packs, and recordsTrack completion of punch lists, pre-commissioning, and commissioning tasksPrepare progress reports, dashboards, and handover documentationCoordinate with site teams and contractors to follow up on pending actionsEnsure compliance with QA/QC standards and project proceduresHighlight delays, technical issues, or non-conformances promptlyAssist in preparing regulatory or client documentation as requiredProfileProven experience as Commissioning Administrator / Commissioning Coordinator / Project Administrator in industrial or construction projectsFamiliarity with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation commissioning processesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail — you love spreadsheetsComfortable working with multi-contractor teams in fast-paced environmentsProfessional level of English and SpanishEU right to work requiredLocation & ConditionsSouth Spain – coastal area with good connectionsApprox. 12-month durationWorking hours aligned with Spanish legislationLocal hires preferred; rotation possible for EU-based candidates
