Join to apply for the Communications Manager role at Innovarum . Base pay range Experienced profile with experience in media &/or marketing agencies (5 years). C2 English & Spanish. Hybrid position (Madrid-based). Responsibilities Planning and executing communication campaigns Content creation (press releases, articles, social media, newsletters) Media engagement and event organisation Reporting campaign results Coordinating communication actions across Europe Requirements English & Spanish C2 level (proficiency) is MANDATORY, both oral and written – no certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process. Proficiency in MS Office – no certificate necessary, but we will test your skills in the interview process. Experience in marketing or media agencies (at least 5 years). Track record of campaigns, media engagement or relevant communication actions. Strategic mindset and understanding of communication activities. You know how to plan communication campaigns from beginning to end, covering ideation, budget, development, implementation and reporting. High proficiency in at least one of the following fields : website development & management (WordPress Avada Themes), social media management (Hootsuite, SEMRUSH or similar platforms, organic and paid strategies), graphic design (Adobe Programmes), or video editing (Premiere or similar programmes). Education in communication, marketing, public relations, journalism (or similar). Master’s degree level or relevant internships. Bonus Points Knowledge of EU Projects Dissemination and Communication tools (Horizon Europe, etc). Other languages and international experience: professional or during education/training.
