pSAUR is as a pure player in water and essential services, working to protect the environment in the heart of the territories it serves. /ppSAUR International manages Group Saur's activities and business development in Spain, Portugal, Poland, GCC countries and French Overseas Territories, for a total headcount of 2,700 employees. /ppFurther details on our web site: /ppbr/ppWe're currently hiring a bCompensation Benefits Specialist /b, to be based in our office, bin Madrid, Spain. /b /ppbr/ppbr/ppbMission: /b /ppAs the bCompensation Benefits Specialist /b for Saur International, you will report to the Group VP people Analytics in charge of the compensation policy for the Group. /ppYour role will consist of implementing Group Saur's global Compensation Benefits policies within Saur international in accordance with the principles defined by the Group. /ppYou will support the development, implementation and governance of compensation and benefits policies across Saur International. You will ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance, while partnering with local HR teams to manage salary structures, benefits, mobility, and benchmarking. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDesign and maintain global compensation frameworks and salary ranges within Saur International. /liliPerform regular market benchmarking and salary studies to calibrate pay practices. /liliLead the global salary review and bonus processes in coordination with HR and Finance. /liliOversee benefits programs (e.g. health, pension, insurances) and negotiate with suppliers. /liliSupport international mobility policies, expatriation planning, and related adjustments. /liliProvide data analysis, reports, and dashboards to senior management. /liliEnsure local compliance while aligning global consistency. /liliFacilitate training and guidance on rewards, job evaluation, and equity. /liliContribute to policy updates based on legislative changes or market trends. /liliBe champion and referral for Workday deployment and run. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /pulli5 to 10 years of experience in Compensation Benefits within multinational environments, in specialist or individual contributor roles. /liliBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Economics, or related field. /liliStrong analytical skills, comfortable with data and benchmarking. /liliUnderstanding of global reward practices, mobility frameworks, and governance. /liliProficiency with HRIS, data tools, survey platforms. /liliExperience with Workday (preferable). /liliFluent in English; additional language (French, Spanish, Portuguese) appreciated. /liliCertification (e.g. WorldatWork, CIPD) is a plus. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppbWhat We Offer / Benefits: /b /pulliGlobal exposure: work across multiple countries and HR teams. /liliCompetitive salary range (to be defined per country) + performance incentives. /liliOpportunities for international mobility and career development. /liliLearning development support. /liliA culture of inclusion, sustainability, and purpose. /liliHybrid model. /li /ulpbr/ppSAUR is a company committed to diversity and equal opportunities.
