Experteer Overview
In this role you will deliver compensation analyses and support HR business partners by applying policy, market data and job architecture to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. You will analyze large data sets, model data, and prepare dashboards to guide leadership decisions. You’ll partner with teams to evaluate job structures, address misalignments, and support Total Rewards initiatives. You will monitor market trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations that align with business strategy.

• Provide analytical support for compensation requests including data modeling and dashboards, leveraging diverse data sources.
• Work on job leveling, promotions, transfers, and org changes; ensure alignment with policies and budgets.
• Collaborate with teams to evaluate job structures and identify misalignments, considering risks and payroll impact.
• Monitor market trends and adapt external practices to the company context and strategy.
• Prepare reports on jobs, compensation structures, and market benchmarks to inform leadership decisions.
• Support Total Rewards projects, including surveys, by coordinating with external consultants and the project lead.
• Serve as a go-to resource on compensation policies and practices for HR and stakeholders.
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Economics, Finance, or Organizational Psychology; 2–3 years experience in compensation or total rewards
• Compensation knowledge, job evaluation, market pricing, and strong analytical skills
