### **Compliance Manager*** Country: SPAIN* Workplace: Alcobendas* Type of contract: Permanent* Date publish: 24/11/2025* Timetable:* Vacancies: 1#### **Job description**Suanfarma is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead the execution and operational coordination of its Compliance Program. The Compliance Manager will report directly to the Legal & Compliance Director, with a dotted reporting line to the Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC).This is a strategic and hands-on role focused on ensuring program execution, compliance oversight, and stakeholder engagement across the business.Key Responsibilities1. Operationalize and monitor the Suanfarma Compliance Program, ensuring alignment with Company’s priorities and ACC guidance.2. Lead the improvement of foundational compliance policies globally, ensuring harmonization across geographies and integration with local frameworks.3. Coordinate the maintenance of the Compliance Playbook and oversee the practical rollout of programmatic elements.4. Support the compliance training framework, including content development, scheduling, tracking completion, and periodic updates.5. Act as the point of contact for monitoring, audits, and reporting providing dashboards and updates to senior stakeholders, including the ACC.6. Facilitate compliance communication and branding efforts, including the promotion of the ‘Speak-Up’ culture and coordination of compliance ambassadors.7. Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations) to integrate compliance into core business practices.8. Monitor and manage risk exposure in areas including anti-bribery, sanctions, conflicts of interest, and third-party engagement.9. Support the ACC’s requests, documentation, meeting preparation, and ensure timely execution of compliance-related decisions.10. Manage day to day questions coming from the Business with problem solving approach.11. Manage the Due Diligence program and plan for all third parties.12. Manage the Company ‘Speak Up’ reporting mechanisms and any resulting internal investigations, including escalation and filter routes.Reporting Lines13. Reports to: Legal & Compliance Director14. Dotted line reporting to: Audit and Compliance Committee (ACC)Profile and Qualifications1. 3–5 years of experience in a compliance, legal, audit, or risk management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.2. Sound understanding of compliance risks and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act, EU regulations).3. Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.4. High level of integrity, independence, and professional ethics.5. Fluency in English and Spanish required; other languages are an asset.Location and Travel1. This position is based in Madrid, Spain.2.
