Job Summary Help compliance department in Barcelona Headquarters to apply certain compliance controls and to keep relevant compliance books and records. Key Accountabilities Monitor Commercial relationships with business partners, from the on-boarding process (due diligence) to the signature of the contract. Develop and implement Compliance monitoring plan for Werfen Business Partners. Assess new higher risk business partners and ascertains the level of risk. Participate in compliance trainings. Networking/Key relationships Effective communications and relationships with any department, especially sales, marketing and finance department. Minimum Knowledge Bachelor’s degree in business administration, law or Lifescience-related field. Master or Postgraduate in Law, Compliance or Audit desirable. Fluency in English and Spanish is required. Skills & Capabilities The ideal candidate for this position will exhibit the following skills and competencies: Forensic Analysis Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English. Ability to work with Due Diligence and screening platforms. Think and act independently. Firm but fair analyzing Healthcare Compliance issues received. Prepare comprehensive reports and correspondence. Comfortable conducting live trainings. Analyze situations, identify problems, and recommend solutions.
