The ideal candidate will have a strong background in composite manufacturing with a particular focus on pre-impregnated (pre-preg) carbon fibre lay-up. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with high attention to detail and a passion for quality.Key Responsibilities: Lay-up and laminate composite materials using pre-preg carbon fibre to precise engineering drawings and specifications GRP repairs Trim, vacuum bag, and prepare moulds for curing Operate autoclaves and ovens in line with technical instructions Ensure all work meets the required quality and safety standards Collaborate with engineering and production teams to meet project deadlines Maintain a clean and organised work environmentRequirements: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in pre-preg composite laminating Strong understanding of composite materials and vacuum bagging techniques Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Reliable, motivated, and a team player EU work authorisation or valid permit to work in SpainDesirable: Experience working with carbon fibre in a marine or yacht setting Experience working with pre preg lamination Spanish and/or English language skillsWhat We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for progression Work in a dynamic international team A chance to live and work in Palma, one of Europe’s premier yachting hubs
