Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of engineering analyses, studies, and calculations in wind turbine technology. Collaborative Spirit: High degree of flexibility to work with all areas of the company in international and diverse teams. Leadership and Communication: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with advanced proficiency in English and German or Spanish.
