The technical team provides project guidance to translate client ideas into visuals before construction starts and manages day-to-day site operations. The organization focuses on delivering high value in the construction segment and works in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, German, and Serbian.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role based in Ibiza. The manager will oversee residential construction and refurbishment projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, safety, budget, and schedule targets are met.The role involves preparing and tracking project schedules, budgets, and progress reports, and identifying and resolving issues that may impact timelines or costs. The manager will also support the project guidance process, helping to translate client requirements into executable plans and ensuring that the final outcome reflects the agreed design and standards.ResponsibilitiesFull delivery of residential developments, from pre-construction to handover.Construction management across refurbishment, renovation and new-build.Technical feasibility, planning and investment studies.Programme planning, analysis and recovery across all live works.Economic control of the works, including budgets and invoicing.Resolution of construction matters across architecture, interiors and services.Autonomous management of project teams, health & safety, and compliance with ISO.QualificationsStrong project leadership skills, including Project Management and Construction Project Management, to oversee multiple residential projects from initiation to completion.Hands‑on construction management capabilities to coordinate site operations, manage trades, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.Experience with budgeting and cost control, including estimating, financial tracking, and reporting to keep projects on time and within agreed financial parameters.Proven project coordination skills to align timelines, resources, and stakeholders, and to manage documentation, approvals, and change requests.Relevant technical education in construction, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience in residential construction or refurbishment, ideally in high‑end or custom home projects.Proficiency in project management tools and basic digital documentation (e.g., MS Office, project planning or scheduling software).Professional working proficiency in English; additional languages such as Spanish, German, or Serbian are an advantage.
