ph3Job Summary /h3pWe are looking for a Client Operations Executive to join our Customer Relationship Center. In this role, you will support our clients to achieve one of our main objectives: Delivering unique holidays to our customers. Candidates must be based in Mallorca. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide excellent customer service. /liliAttend clients’ queries via phone and email, being proactive, courteous, and helpful. /liliEnsure all requests, issues, and complaints are resolved promptly and accurately per policies and guidelines. /liliPromote goodwill when dealing with clients and internal teams to maintain strong relationships and client loyalty. /liliIdentify and suggest improvement opportunities during daily work. /liliNegotiate appropriate compensation, refunds, and solutions. /li /ulh3Position Requirements /h3ulliFluency in English and German (written and spoken). /liliSpanish language knowledge is an advantage. /liliFlexibility to support Global Support team members as required. /liliExcellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong communication and negotiation skills to find solutions that work best for all parties. /li /ulh3EEO Statement /h3pAt HBX Group, we believe that diversity drives innovation and makes travel a force for good.
