Continuous Improvement Lead – Process Mining & AutomationAbout the roleWe are looking for aContinuous Improvement Lead with strong expertise in automation and Process Intelligenceto join a strategic transformation initiative within a large international organization. This role focuses ondiscovering and assessing automation opportunities across key business processes, particularly within finance and corporate functions. You will work at the intersection ofprocess analysis, automation technologies, and AI-driven transformation, helping the organization identify high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance process performance. You will leverageProcess Mining and Task Mining toolsto analyze real operational data, uncover bottlenecks, and builddata-driven business cases for automation initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, automation architects, and engineering teams, you will help defineautomation roadmaps using RPA, GenAI, and emerging Agentic AI capabilities. If you enjoycombining business process understanding with advanced automation technologies to drive transformation, this role could be a great fit.What you’ll doPartner with business stakeholders to analyze and mapcurrent-state and future-state business processes. UseProcess Mining and Task Mining tools(such as UiPath Process Mining or Celonis) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities. Defineevent log requirements and data modelsneeded to run process mining analysis. Runvalue discovery workshopsto identify automation candidates and quantify business impact. Evaluate automation feasibility usingRPA, GenAI and emerging Agentic AI solutions. Collaborate with automation architects and engineering teams to definehigh-level solution designs and MVP scopes. Buildbusiness cases and value assessmentsincluding cost, ROI, payback, and operational impact. Define improvement actions to increaseStraight Through Processing (STP)and reduce manual intervention. Work with data and platform teams to extract and structure process data from enterprise systems. Communicate findings and recommendations throughexecutive-ready presentations and workshops.Must Have6+ years of experiencein Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, or Digital Transformation roles. Proven experience identifyingautomation opportunities across business processes. Hands-on experience withProcess Mining or Task Mining tools(Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Process Advisor, or similar). Strong understanding ofprocess analysis methodologies and process modelling (BPMN). Experience working withRPA technologies(UiPath, Power Automate, or similar). Ability to understand and structureprocess event logs and operational datafor process mining analysis. Experience buildingbusiness cases and automation roadmaps. Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with bothbusiness and technical teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills inEnglish (C1 level required).✨Nice to HaveExperience withGenAI platforms(OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic or similar). Exposure toAgentic AI orchestrationor AI-enabled automation. Certifications inProcess Mining (Celonis / UiPath). Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Beltcertification. Experience inlarge multinational organizations. Experience infinance transformation or enterprise process optimization.
