About the Role: The Hotel Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and executing hotel sourcing strategies that align with the organization’s goals. This role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that procurement activities meet the company's cost, quality, and delivery requirements. The Sourcing Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including operations, finance, and logistics, to optimize the supply chain and support overall business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Research,identify and select key hotels and key hotel groups that match the company’s quality, location, and pricing criteria. Analyze market trends, hotel performance, and customer preferences to adjust sourcing and contracting strategies. Staying informed about competitors, industry changes, and pricing fluctuations to ensure the company remains competitive. Expanding the portfolio in key destinations to offer a variety of options to clients. Negotiate new hotel contracts and contract renewals for the assigned territories and ensure to have the greatest availability with the shortest release period. Manage supplier accounts, by negotiating the best rates and inventory, and through strong negotiation of preferred agreements. Support supplier with any issues related to
