Someone who understands how to capture attention on social media, what makes an ad work, and how to transform ideas into high-converting creatives- We’re not looking for purely aesthetic creativity. We’re looking for someone with a strong content mindset, performance-driven thinking, and genuine curiosity for understanding what is working across social platforms today- If you enjoy writing, conceptualizing ideas and spotting trends before everyone else, we’d love to meet you- Create copy for performance ads, mainly on Meta platforms- Develop hooks, claims and selling angles- Participate in the conceptualization of conversion-focused creatives- Think both about the copy and the visual hook of each ad- Analyze which creatives are performing and how to continue xcskxlj iterating them- Create clear and actionable briefs for creators and the creative team- Adapt messaging and formats depending on the audience and content type- Work on different creative approaches such as:- UGC, Founder content, Influencer content, Educational ads, Problem / solution, Before & after- Content featuring dermatologists and formulators- Constantly research trends, formats and winning ads- Detect what is working on social media and adapt it to the brand- Understand the product deeply to identify new communication territories- Continuously bring new references and creative ideas#J-18808-Ljbffr
