About usKerval Advisory Partners (“Kerval” or “KAP”) is an independent strategic and financialadvisory firm for companies, investors and organizations with a focus on the middlemarket.We offer advisory services related to the definition of corporate strategy and valuemanagement as well as the execution of transactions and financing operations, as wellas providing continuous support to general and financial management.We provide specialized advisory in:Strategy and Valuation (S&V).Transactions: Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Transaction Support (TS).Financing and Debt Restructuring (F&R).Management Support (MS).We specialize in providing value-added advice linked to results in a way that aligns ourinterests with those of our clients.Our support covers all phases of the business life cycle, starting from the initial phases,through the growth stages as well as crisis management and restructuring.Through our membership with the ECOVIS International network in more than 90countries, we accompany our clients nationally and internationally by providingcoverage in more than 90 countries with Audit, Accounting, Tax, Legal and FinancialAdvisory services.We are characterized by the technical excellence in the execution of our advice, whichallows us to find the best solutions to the challenges of our clients.KAP is currently going through a strong process of growth across all its service linesrequiring the incorporation of different types of professionals.About the roleAs part of the firm's growth plan, we are looking to incorporate an Analyst to work inthe Corporate Finance team advising clients on Corporate Strategy, Valuation, M&A,Financing and Debt Restructuring.This person will work directly with the Associates and will have the opportunity toclosely collaborate with the senior management of the firm.This person will have the following main responsibilities:Execute complex financial modeling including financing structures such as: LBO, project finance, asset financing, debt restructuring, among others.Prepare financial analysis, including detailed valuation analysis, such as: LBO analysis, discounted cash flow, return and dividend analysis, accretion and dilution, comparative company analysis, and sum of parts analysis, among others.Prepare materials for clients and participate in client meetings during the course of deal origination and execution.Cooperate with other team members on client coverage, origination and transaction execution teams.
