We are seeking a highly motivated Corporate M&A Manager to join a dynamic Corporate Development team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating and executing strategic transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, partnerships, and other corporate finance initiatives across multiple geographies.This position offers exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact strategic decisions within a complex international organization.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the identification, evaluation, and execution of M&A opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Lead financial analysis, valuation, business case development, and transaction modelling.Coordinate due diligence processes with internal stakeholders and external advisors.Prepare investment memoranda, management presentations, and board materials.Manage interactions with investment banks, legal advisors, consultants, and other transaction counterparties.Conduct industry, market, and competitive analysis to assess potential opportunities and risks.Support negotiations of transaction terms and assist in deal structuring.Monitor portfolio companies, strategic investments, and partnership initiatives where applicable.Contribute to strategic planning and broader corporate development projects.
