Develop and implement sustainability strategies and policies, roadmaps, and action plans which align with clients' goals and industry standards2. Conduct sustainability assessments and audits3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations4. Monitor and report on sustainability performance metrics5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices6. Engage with stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives7. Support our growth in the sustainability area by identifying new opportunities and building client relationships; contribute to proposalsand presentations8. Provide training and support on sustainability practices9. Contribute to industry publications and events to enhance our visibility and reputationYour Skills :1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sustainability or a related role2. Strong knowledge of international corporate sustainability frameworks and standards3. In-depth experience and understanding on ESG rating and value chain due diligence and monitoring4. Experience with net zero and decarbonization strategies is an asset5. Knowledge and experience with different sustainability solutions - IT affinity6. Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship7. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field8. Fluent in German and English9. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights10. Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship building skills11.
