Job Purpose
The Crew Scheduling Officer ensures that flight and cabin crew activities are rostered in the most efficient manner and in accordance with company's OM‑A 7 and applicable legislation.

Main Responsibilities – Tasks
Prepares the monthly crew roster, complying with the deadlines set by the Head of Crew Operations, while ensuring the correct use of the company's OM‑A 7 and applicable FTL regulations, as well as monitoring the impact of accumulated fatigue.
Ensures an equitable distribution of flight hours, days off and vacations among crew members.
Establishes and maintains the Crew Scheduling System in relation to crew rostering data, including training expiry dates for all crew personnel.
Ensures the availability of an adequate number of qualified crew members at aerodromes and on operational routes, in accordance with the limitations and proficiency qualifications required in OM‑A 7.
Organizes the hotel and positioning activities of the Crews, when necessary.
Suggest to the Head of Crew Operations improvements for a more cost‑effective deployment of Crews that add value to the service provided.
Ensures that crew swaps, changes, requests, and disruptions are carried out efficiently and without compromising safety.
Education
University Degree (e.g., aeronautical management).
Experience
1+ years of management experience in crew planning, crew scheduling or a related environment is required.
Must have high-level knowledge in the use of the AIMS rostering system according to EASA FTL rules.
Work experience in training management systems, systems integration, and implementation.
Competencies
Strong understanding of EASA FTL and requirements related to crew rostering and crew optimization.
Team player.
Analytical skills with attention to detail.
Working under pressure, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Flexible, decisive and rigorous. Also functional, and strict following procedures.
