**CRM lead will be, in a first phase, the key user which main tasks are functional understanding of CRM, data quality and data integrity, creating views, reports and dashboard, first contact point for users and commercial excellence team, etc.**:**In a second phase of the development of the role, will be focused on**:- ** Monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems.**:- ** Ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel.**:- ** Monitor marketing strategies that will foster profitable long-term relationships with clients.**:- ** Coordinate with Commercial and Marketing Managers the developing and implementing of sales and marketing strategies that will drive new customers to boost our company’s market presence and increase customer engagement.**:- ** Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns.**:- ** Acting as a liaison between the IT and CRM team to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.**:- ** Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming data management initiatives.**:- ** Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy.**:- ** Working with IT to manage CRM system and data warehousing.**:**Profile**:- ** Degree in Business Administration, Agricultural Engineer or related field.**:- ** Master´s degree in Business Analytics or similar.**:- ** + 5 years of experience in a similar role (retail or animal nutrition sector, desirable).**:- ** Background in Sales or Marketing.**:- ** Strong analytical & detail-oriented skills.**:- ** Communicative, influential, convincing and bridge building.**:- ** English (advance) is a MUST.**:- ** Excel (intermediate) is a MUST.**:**49518101_BG1**:
