At First Point Group , we are looking for a highly skilled Level 3 Support Engineer (N3) with strong experience in Circuit Switched Core (CS Core) platforms to join one of our key telecom clients. Work Mode : 100% Remote Start Date : Immediate Responsibilities : Provide Level 3 support for Ericsson AXE environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in nodes such as MSC-DB, MSC-BC, MGW (Cello, MRS), HLR (FE), and National PTS . Operate and maintain platforms including AXE 810, BSP8100, GMP V4, MRP, BYB501 . Analyze traces, performance, and service configurations. Work with signaling protocols : SIGTRAN, MAP, CAMEL, ISUP , and interface with SIP environments when required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
