**Descripción**:We are looking for a Logistics Customer service to be a part of a team reporting to the Supply Chain Manager.Receive and analyze the Customersdemand in terms of orders and logistics issues.Create and maintain a good level of communication with customers and internal with other departments.Daily tasks:Creation of orders from customers received by different platforms or by telephone.Order fulfilment monitoringCustomers claims managementMonitor/a Inbound Outbound flows.Monitor/a automatic invoicingIntegrate and participate with rest of departments to guarantee customer satisfactionReportingMain KPIs:Customer service levelStock AvailabilityBackorders and recovery planInventory days and value**Requisitos**:Office programs. Excel, Outlook, AccessEnglish language (minimum C1).
