Position Title: Customer Success Manager Iberia (m/f/d)Location: Remote (Spain)Your MissionAs a Customer Success Manager, you will build and maintain strong relationships with installers and distribution partners, ensuring long-term customer retention and satisfaction.You will regularly engage with new, existing, and potential customers, providing product and technical guidance while implementing effective customer service strategies. Your goal is to foster customer loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience.Your Main ResponsibilitiesManage relationships with B2B customers, including installers and distribution partners (meetings, training sessions, brand promotion, exhibitions)Coordinate with the technical team to support initial customer onboarding and kickoff meetingsEstablish and maintain customer service policies and best practicesProvide high-level technical and product supportAnalyze and optimize processes to continuously improve the customer experience with our softwareIdentify new sales opportunities and pass qualified leads to the GW Sales ManagerOrganize training programs for existing and prospective customersHandle customer complaints and proactively improve satisfaction and experienceCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Technical teamsWork closely with the local GW Sales Manager, organizing meetings, weekly visits, and calls with distributors, resellers, and EPC partnersYour ProfileMinimum 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, preferably in the energy, construction, or technical sectorsTechnical background (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or certified electrician qualification)Experience in solar, PV, inverters, energy storage, or utility industries is a plusStrong understanding of customer service and retention best practicesExcellent communication skillsFluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an advantageWhat We OfferA unique opportunity to join a diverse, international, and fast-growing European team at GoodWeExcellent opportunities for professional and personal development in a leading photovoltaic companyA dynamic work environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-makingA meaningful role where you can make a real impact while enjoying your work
