Job Title
Customer Support Representative
Work Schedule
4 days on, 4 days off.
Option to be permanently assigned to one shift: 10:00—22:00 or 22:00—10:00 (Cyprus local time).
Job Description & Responsibilities
Communicate with customers through live chat and e‑mail. Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
Acknowledge and resolve customers’ issues and queries.
Keep up‑to‑date with products, terms, offers and functions.
Report and escalated advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
Perform first‑step investigations on queries and issues.
Qualifications
Proficiency in written and verbal English, excellent language skills.
Strong communication abilities for effective interaction and collaboration.
Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment.
Previous experience in online customer support considered a plus.
