Customer Support Specialist (Finnish Speaking, Relocation to Malta)
Salary: Up to €30K + Bonus + Relocation Package
Our client is looking for a friendly and proactive Finnish speaker to join our customer service team in Malta. In this role, you’ll support online gaming customers through calls, chat, and email, helping with account questions, payments, security checks, and general problem‑solving. Every day is different, and you’ll quickly become an expert in our products.
Your Role
Deliver high-quality support via live chat, email, and phone to Finnish‑speaking players
Handle both standard and complex queries with confidence
Take ownership of escalations and ensure timely resolution
Review KYC documentation and process withdrawals in line with compliance
Support fraud detection and account monitoring
Act as a senior presence within the team during peak periods
Support coaching, onboarding, and knowledge sharing
Assist Team Leads with tracking KPIs (CSAT, response times, ticket volumes)
Collaborate with product, payments, and compliance teams
Take ownership of specific markets, features, or workflows
What You Bring
1+ years’ experience in customer support within iGaming or a similar fast‑paced environment
Strong understanding of KYC, payments, and fraud/risk processes
Fluent in Finnish and English
Strong communication skills with a proactive, leadership mindset
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and perform under pressure
Interest in sports and/or casino products is a plus
Curiosity around tools and technology (including AI)
