Malpartida de Plasencia, Cáceres, Spain Full-time | On-site | Relocation SupportOur client is a Spanish industrial company specializing in high-voltage transformers and electrical grid equipment for the energy infrastructure sector.We are looking for a Mid-to-Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to strengthen the company’s infrastructure security and identity management capabilities.This is a hands-on technical role focused on Microsoft 365 security, IAM, infrastructure protection, and operational cybersecurity.Key Responsibilities: Infrastructure & Security OperationsAdminister and secure Microsoft 365 environmentMonitor infrastructure and security eventsInvestigate and resolve security and infrastructure incidentsSupport backup and recovery operationsEnsure stability and security of core IT servicesIdentity & Access ManagementManage identity and access systems (SSO, MFA/2FA, LDAP)Perform access reviews and privilege managementMaintain SSL certificates and authentication servicesNetwork & Infrastructure SecurityMaintain secure communication protocols and remote access services (VPN, SSH, HTTPS)Manage domains, DNS, MX records, and email infrastructureSupport security hardening and configuration reviewsRequirements4+ years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, or systems administrationStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administrationGood understanding of IAM and access control principlesKnowledge of network security fundamentals and secure protocolsExperience with DNS, domains, certificates, xcskxlj and email infrastructureAbility to independently troubleshoot and resolve incidentsFluent EnglishWillingness to work full-time onsite in SpainRelocation to Malpartida de Plasencia requiredNice to HaveExperience with security monitoring or incident responseFamiliarity with EU cybersecurity or compliance requirementsExperience with backup and disaster recovery processesBenefitsPrivate health insuranceVisa and residence permit support for the employee and their family.
