Our Cybersecurity Division is currently seeking a GRC Manager to join a global end-client company in the Banking industry on a fully remote basis. You will be hired directly by the organization with a clear career path to promote to Deputy CISO.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the adaptation and implementation of regulatory security frameworks.Define and oversee the information security strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.Conduct operational resilience audits and collaborate on TPRM (Third-Party Risk Management).Define mitigation plans for identified risks.Proactively lead information security risk analysis.RequirementsEducation: Technical degree in Engineering or equivalent higher education preferred.Experience: At least 8 years of professional experience in information security.Certifications: Industry-recognized certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC) are highly valued.Soft Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills with business stakeholders.What We OfferPermanent Contract: Direct hiring by the company (no outsourcing/consultancies involved).Flexibility: 100% remote work model.Compensation: Highly competitive salary package.Benefits: Perks aligned with a global industry leader.Growth: Professional development within a stable, highly regulated environment.
