Requirements:-Proven experience (minimum 3 years, ideally 5) in managing educational or creative institutions (e.G. dance schools, art studios, fitness centers).-Strong leadership skills, team management, and ability to work in a fast-paced setup environment.-Commercial mindset – capable of driving growth, overseeing marketing, and building partnerships.-Passion for the performing arts.-Experience working with both children and adult students is highly valued.-Knowledge of the local area is a strong plus.-English is preferred; Spanish is essential.-Familiarity with CRM/scheduling tools is appreciated.
