BOM Management: Analyze customer BOMs to validate consistency between quantity and Reference Designators. Validate consistency between BOM and gerber/cad files. Upload BOMs into AX Dynamics and BlueStar following GPV E-MX guidelines and rules. Assure BOM accuracy (Customer BOM vs GPV BOM). BOM maintenance through ECO Management ECO Management: Receive and Analyze ECOs, MCOs, and or temporary deviations from customers. Execute the MCOs in BlueStar. Follow up implementation dates and implementation costs. Validate correct change implementation in the manufacturing floor. Minimize change impact. AML Management: Analyze customer AML to confirm manufacturers and manufacturer part numbers are accurate. Update components presentations to be suitable with GPV E-MX manufacturing processes capabilities. Communicate product change notices to customers and follow up for implementation through ECO/MCO process. Documentation/Spec Management: Receive, analyze and validate customer drawings, documents and specifications (Gerber files, cad files, schematic drawings, artworks, 3D files, assembly drawings, etc.). Upload and maintain in BlueStar. Comply with all GPV's management systems and regulation. Job requirements BS in Engineering: Industrial Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Electric Engineer or any other related. Advance computer skills for data management (Excel formulas, dynamic tables, sort, filtering, querying), knowledge in PLM systems, knowledge in MRP theory and MRP systems (For BOM and change management) English as independent user to keep fluid conversations with customers and other GPV locations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
