Experteer Overview In this role you will implement and configure the Data Management System for the Warranty department to ensure exploitable data. You will extract, analyze, and adapt data into actionable insights while maintaining data quality. You’ll support reliability growth, RAMS, and warranty processes, and develop KPI dashboards to inform the organization. Working with cross-functional teams, you shape data-driven decisions that impact rail system reliability and service quality.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Implement and configure the Data Management System for the Warranty department
- Extract, analyze and adapt relevant data into actionable form
- Review and monitor data quality and provide feedback for corrective actions
- Add data aggregation and categorization information
- Support Reliability Growth actions with RAMS and Quality
- Support charge back recovery
- Participate in Return of Experience for failure management applications
- Provide support to other database users
- Link the database to other relevant databases for operational purposes
- Capture data and develop KPI dashboards, communicate and publish reports/results
- Respect EHS rules and Warranty processesResponsabilidades
- Engineering Degree
- Experience in Data management and Data Quality
- Experience in Data analytics
- Technical professional background
- Railway experience would be an asset
- MAXIMO knowledge would be an asset
- Good level of English
